By Furi’s 10 year anniversary is almost upon us! We will be looking back at everything you love about Furi, all the cool things the community has created over the years, and we have plenty of surprises and giveaways headed your way!
Anniversary stream
You are all invited to the celebration, live on Twitch and Steam, the last week of July. Hosted by Mugthief and with special guests like Danger (of Furi’s OST fame), Emeric Thoa (the game’s creative director), Simon Hutt (artist on Furi), as well as some of our lovely community members.
There will be music, live drawing, a speedrun race and more but we also have prepared surprises to share with you along with some gifts and giveaways, so save the date – err the week- and stay posted for more information!
We’re coming back this year by popular demand with the Furi Speedrun marathon, organized for the first time last year by Zylphe. This is an event imagined by the community, and we’re supporting it with prizes: every day’s winner will get a $100 gift card to our merch shop!

JAG won last year’s gauntlet!
It’s a simple concept: you can enter your best run in each of the Furi difficulty, over the span of four days. It’s planned to run from August 1-4, each day having its own difficulty level:
- August 1: Promenade
- August 2: Furi
- August 3: Furier
- August 4: Gauntlet: all three consecutively
Entering is simple – finish your run in the difficulty for the day, and submit the VOD on discord in the #furi-speedrun-challenge channel. Please read the rules in #furi-speedrun-challenge-rules before!

Art Swap
Furi has gorgeous art, with character design by none other than Takashi Okazaki. But it also has a community of incredible fan artists, who are to this day creating pieces we love to share.
Mango, one of our lovely community members, has been floating the idea of an Art Swap, and we think that’s such a great idea to celebrate all of you artists!
