You can even ride seahorses into battle! The Squids are back: bigger and better! The epic adventure continues as our band of stretchy heroes explore the underwater Wild West, fight back against the evil Black Ooze, and search for Winnick, their fallen comrade. If you don't know SQUIDS yet, SQUIDS Wild West is a great place to start!
History
When Squids was conceived, it was already thought as a trilogy (or a quadrilogy, we are still debating about that). We had the outline for the whole adventure, across continents and cultures we wanted our Squids to revisit. After Aukai (Hawaï) and Thalas (Greece), the American Wild West and Japan were our favorite. We knew the Wild West was the right choice when we came up with awesome artworks of the new Squids heroes. They encapsulated all the magic and DNA of Squids: quirky little Squids characters adventuring in an epic world infused with pop culture and historic references, with loads of humor. Just listen to the soundtrack to hear some of our references! With Wild West we were also determined to fix the small hick-ups that were left in Squids. We worked so much on improving the game based on players and journalists feedback. Wild West is one of our best rated game: it was rated in the 90+ for most of 2012, and like its big brother Squids still boasts a 5-star rating on the App Store.

About THE GAME BAKERS
Boilerplate
The Game Bakers is an independent video game studio founded by Emeric Thoa and Audrey Leprince. To sum it up they often say that they make games like they cook food: with a lot of love. They want to create that experience that players remember, that they will have fantasies about long after the game is finished, and that makes them feel alive and energized. The studio is based in Montpellier in France but they work with a team of collaborators around the world. Their upcoming game is their cosy RPG HAVEN due for 2020. They previously released their frenzied boss battle only game FURI on all platforms, and before that their tactical RPG underwater series SQUIDS ODYSSEY and mobile brawler COMBO CREW.
